Our Story
Bruce Grant and his sister Tineke Enright are 4th generation guardians of the family’s Frankton property. While they both have a strong love for the land neither were particularly interested in farming, so when their parents Tilly and Bill Grant retired they began transforming the old farm buildings.
The first building to get its makeover was the old barn which was built by their Grandfather and his brother in the early 50’s. Tineke uses the building to house her own children’s clothing label Pretty Kiwi.
The property has it’s own rock quarry and following on from generations before the family are building and landscaping as much as they can themselves. In 2019 the first raised schist lawn was completed and named Bill’s Green, after their father who is an avid golfer.
Their vision is to offer a boutique mix of retail and experiences not found elsewhere in Queenstown. They will continue to grow the area with the same rustic farm vibe, using as many recycled materials as possible, creating large outdoor spaces that are family friendly and welcoming. They aspire to become Queenstown’s most loved place to shop, taste, experience, play or just relax.
